We have created this one stop design shop to make our clients lives easier and for us it just makes sense, why do half of a job then let someone else take over as they might not have the same vision?

A one stop design shop can also save our clients time and $$ when both design parties typically require a few site visits each and both of them sometimes duplicating drawings each others work.

If you purchased our Construction documents from us, you are already have a good start, but the interior design package takes it all the way down to furniture and finishes selection. Its great for anyone with a busy schedule and wants us to finish the design concept from start to finish. We go shopping (lots of the time with our clients as this can be a really fun process) and pick everything from lighting fixtures to chairs and art work.

Our full Custom Home package:

Include full design services from the initial stages through to the last book on the bookshelf. We create a tailored package for your project with a flat design fee that is paid throughout the project.

Interior Design Services Include:

• We work closely with the building designer (If it is our drawings then even better!) in order to make sure the form of the home matches the function

• Full design drawings including floor finishes and patterns, furniture layouts with furniture specifications, lighting plans and lighting specifications, millwork, details and all interior elevations

• Full paint schedule and colour consultation

• Frequent site visits to ensure that the design is being adhered to

• Communication with builder and trades

• Sourcing of all furniture, lighting and décor such as artwork

• Itemized specifications of every piece that will be going into the design for your records

• Design and procurement of all soft furnishings such as window coverings

• Decoration and Accessorizing

• Full sourcing of all materials, cabinetry, lighting, furniture and cabinet hardware

• Complete colour consultation for painting as well as professional paint schedule
