We start with the design from the homeowners needs and the sites constraints. Then we impose a holistic
approach for building design, taking into account everything from sun angles in the summer vs winter, and the overhangs to deal with them. We start out designing your
house with questions about how you live and where you live, so your house is as custom and unique as you are. We are passionate about
creating the next generation of buildings but also love the challenge of updating older homes to be more efficient and more functional for our modern lifestyle.

“Sunset ridge” is a beautiful custom home perched on a great view lot. This project is now under construction.
“Come hell or high water” is a large addition nestled near the Fraser River. to give the adults a separate space to entertain away from the kid’s room, as well as a two-car garage plus a toy garage.
